Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical datasets for operational insights
- Build predictive models for patient flow and scheduling

Requirements
- PhD in computational biology, biostatistics, or related field
- Experience with clinical/health data analysis
- Proficiency in R or Python for statistical computing
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications
